The AATY/TTPPF participated in the welcome ceremony of the arrival of a 1st class car, of 1932, wich is classified as historic monument

The owner, Mr Dutrieux, said :

In June 1999, at the occasion of a journey to Jarny (Meurthe et Moselle) I landed in the warehouse of C.I.T.E.V (Compagnie Internationale des Trains Express à Vapeur - International Steam Express Railway Company). It was there that it fell into my arms, 48 ton in all a sudden, what a shock ! A car of 1932 made by Société Lorraine des Anciens Etablissements de Dietrich & Cie de Lunéville. (Lorraine Company of the Old Establishments of De Dietrich and Co of Lunéville).
From this moment, all went very quickly. With my partner, we began to find a place for th coach. We traversed two thousand kilometers of unused railways, in searching of a place bearing the railway memory.
At the end of september 1999, our search bring us in Yonne, where S.N.C.F. (French National Railway Company) proposes to us a deal, to buy the old merchandise hall at the railway station of Grandchamp.
Grandchamp is on the railway line of Triguères to Surgy wich was bought from S.N.C.F. by SIVU, and operated by AATY/TTPPF. At the time of the deal, the portion of railway leading to the merchandise hall had been laid out.
The welcome and the help from AATY/TTPPF had been determining for the realization of our project. On 23 october 1999, a team of 6 people comes to the place, to lay out 80 meters of track, bringing tools, competence and good humor.

The descent by slope is a delicate operation. There again, AATY/TTPPF joins us to unload the car, sharing with us this moment of emotion and suspense.
Let each member of AATY/TTPPF association be thanked here."
