After several years of doubt and incertainty, where we were wondering if one day if the touristic train of the Puisaye-Forterre Land would be able to run again, it was with a great pleasure that we heard about the reopening of the line during 1998 summer. We really wanted to take part to that event.
In the program, a trip Toucy - Villiers - Toucy on a 18 km distance, at the speed of 20 km per hour.

On Sunday September 1998, short time before the departure ... The X3814 is ready for its first Sunday trip.
	As soon as the Picasso left the station, it goes through the Poyaudine countryside. The driver's cab is located at the top of the train, which allows the passengers to have a large seeing in front of the train.
A sign points out the next level crossing (PN 47). During this time, in the train, a charming lady offers us a leaflet, showing nice places to see in the area, and gives some sweets to the children and ... to the others.
